At NativeDoc, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're committed to making things right. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund or cancel your subscription.

2. Cancellation Policy

You have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time. Here's what you need to know:

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time with no questions asked. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Keep Access Until Period Ends

When you cancel, you'll retain full access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription simply won't renew.

No Future Charges

Once cancelled, no further charges will be made to your payment method. You can resubscribe anytime if you change your mind.

Data Preservation

Your files and account data are preserved after cancellation. You can still access your account with free tier features, and your data remains available if you resubscribe.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with NativeDoc Pro within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using the service, and our support team cannot resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If a charge was made without your authorization (such as from a compromised payment method), we will investigate and refund confirmed unauthorized transactions.
  • Service Unavailability: If NativeDoc experiences extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • After 7-Day Period: Subscription payments made after your initial 7-day period are generally non-refundable, as you have had time to evaluate the service.
  • Partial Month Usage: If you've actively used Pro features during a billing period, that period is not eligible for refund upon cancellation.
  • Terms Violation: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (abuse, fraud, illegal use) are not eligible for refunds.
  • Change of Mind (After 7 Days): Simply deciding you no longer need the service after the 7-day window is not grounds for a refund, though you can always cancel to prevent future charges.
  • Third-Party Issues: Problems caused by your internet connection, browser, device, or other software outside our control are not grounds for refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

    Include your account email, approximate date of charge, and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.

    Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with a decision.

    If approved, refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription through any of these methods:

Option 1: Dashboard

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription

Option 2: Billing Portal

Click "Manage Billing" to access the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel directly.

Option 3: Contact Support

Email support@spendjot.app and we'll cancel it for you within 24 hours.

6. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it typically takes:

  • 1-2 business days for us to process the refund through Stripe
  • 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement
  • Up to 30 days in some cases, depending on your financial institution

If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate with our payment processor.

7. Price Changes

If we change our subscription prices, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. You'll have the option to cancel before the new pricing takes effect. Price changes will only apply to future billing cycles, not your current subscription period.
